No junk fee language. Monthly management is 9% of rent collected, $275 minimum per door. 8% if you give us 5 or more doors.

| Maintenance | Owner pays vendors | No markup under $250. 10% only on jobs we run over $250, invoice shown. |
| Cancel | 30 days of owner notice | No surprise termination fee. |

How the monthly fee works
Vacant month
No rent collected means only $25 management fee. We do not charge a vacancy fee while we look for a tenant.
Five or more doors
If you give us 5 or more doors, monthly management is $99 per door.
